Fixed Project Price
Fixed project price model has been introduced to suit small and medium projects. We customize the FPP Model based on our clients’ needs. A discussion will be made with the client regarding the timeliness of the project before the work commences, in order to settle for a Fixed Price for the project. The project is studied in depth and only after a detailed analysis do we come up with a price quote, thereby ensuring that the cost is justified. Ample cooperation from the client is essential for providing timely information and relevant decisions so that the project moves within the stipulated time frame.It is backed by a well written Requirements document which is easily understandable. Full Time Equivalent Pricing
This pricing model is recommended for companies that have frequent works to be outsourced. A contract will be written between both the companies based on the human resources involved, level of experience, nature of work and time span. CIT can provide full time developers/system analysts/designers/QA testers and DBA's assigned exclusively for your project work, who will work with dedication, assuming full responsibility of completing your tasks. A project manager will be assigned to ensure the timely completion of all work and to manage project/s using the best disciplinary methods and industry level best practices followed by us, thereby making your outsourcing venture a success.

Pay for Time pricing model works best for medium to large scale projects of longer durations, in which the project specifications are likely to evolve as time advances.
