Fixed project price model has been introduced to suit small and medium projects. We customize the FPP Model based on our clients' needs. A discussion will be made with the client regarding the timeliness of the project before the work commences, in order to settle for a Fixed Price for the project. The project is studied in depth and only after a detailed analysis do we come up with a price quote, thereby ensuring that the cost is justified. Ample cooperation from the client is essential for providing timely information and relevant decisions so that the project moves within the stipulated time frame.
It is backed by a well written Requirements document which is easily understandable.
